Shipping Policy

Merchandise (Canada & US ONLY)
Our merchandise (Tshirts, Hoodies, Phone Cases, Mugs & Hats) are printed to order, from a drop ship service nearest to you (within Canada & US)

It will be shipped via an automated system. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been fulfilled and shipped. Please make sure to include your email at checkout. 

Please see our Refunds & Returns policy for details on drop shipped merchandise. Betta Oasis have less control over this process than our other stocked items.

 

Stickers (Worldwide)
We ship stickers Worldwide Monday - Saturday via Canada Post. We pack them carefully within a water proof packet & hard card non bendable sleeve and ship after 72hrs of receiving the order. You will receive an email when shipped.

 

Dry Goods (Canada Only)
Dry goods are shipped Monday - Saturday via Canada Post, within 72hrs of receiving the order. You will receive an email when shipped.



Live Fish (Canada Only)
We offer 3 types of shipping.

Direct pick up
(All Year)
If you live locally, please include your email and we will contact you with details to arrange a pick up or meet location. 

Local Delivery
(All Year)
If you live within certain areas of Nova Scotia, we offer a delivery service. Select the appropriate option at checkout. We will contact you via email to arrange a delivery time.

UPS Express - Next Day
(March-Nov Only)
We are able to ship to most large citys across Canada. Out of the way and rural areas are harder to guarantee next day shipping and risk the well being of the fish due to transit time. If you are unsure about shipping to your location, please get in touch first and we can advise.

BettaOasis reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations if we feel there is a risk of DOA.

We will pack your fish with care, including a heat pack. Live stock are only shipped on Mondays & Tueasdays to allow enough time for the delivery to happen during the follow business days. Please allow up to 1 week for us to prepare your order and arrange the shipping.

Please make sure to enter your email correctly and include a phone number if you wish so we can communicate order updates.

Recieving Live Fish
It is the customers responsibility to track the shipping to make sure the live fish are recieved correctly.

We cannot accept responsility for fish left outside on doorsteps or incorrect locations.
