Our merchandise (Tshirts, Hoodies, Phone Cases, Mugs & Hats) is printed to order, from a drop ship service nearest to you.
Cancelling merchandise orders:
If you wish to cancel an order you made with us please contact us as soon as possible (usually within 24hrs maximum) and we will attempt to have the order cancelled.
If the order has already has already entered the production process, we will not be able to cancel it.
Merchandise Returns & Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for buyers remorse.
We will only refund for items that are damaged or printed incorrectly.
We highly recommend using the sizing guides provided to make sure you are ordering the correct sizes for clothing items. Keep in mind many of our tshirts and hoodies are Unisex items.
If your product(s) are damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please send a clear photograph of the issue via email within 24hrs of recieving the items.
The return address is printed on your order packaging.
Please do not send back items without contacting us first.
Stickers & Dry Goods
Our stickers & Dry Goods are fulfilled directly by Betta Oasis.
Cancelling Sticker & Dry Goods Orders:
If you wish to cancel a sticker/dry goods order, please do so within 24hrs of placing the order. It's highly likely we will have shipped your items after 48-72hrs. We cannot cancel the order once shipped.
Sticker & Dry Goods Returns & Refunds:
For new and unopened stickers and dry goods, returns within 30 days are eligible for a refund. Any shipping that was paid is non refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Prior to returning items for please email to notify of the items being returned.
We will issue the refund once we recieve and check the items.
Damaged Items
If you receive stickers or dry goods that have been damaged during shipping. Please photograph the package and its contents and show the damage to the item. Please email within 24hrs of recieving the items.
Catappa Leaves are extremely fragile, so please expect some crumbling & breaking, that is completely normal. We do our best to ship them so that does not occur.
Live Fish: Purchasing Live Betta from BettaOasis
If you pre-order or purchase live betta fish from us, they are available for pick up and local delivery only within Nova Scotia and also via UPS Express next day shipping within Canada.

We do not offer refunds on live fish or shipping fees.
Once they leave our premises with the purchaser or are delivered via local delivery. They are in purchasers care once we hand them over.
DOA Policy
(Via UPS Express Shipping March to November)
Next Day : 100% guaranted for DOA.
Next Day (2-3 days): 50% guaranted for DOA.
We do not ship via UPS during Winter (Mid November-March) This option will not be available in our checkout system during that time.
If there is a delay out of our control such as delayed flights, weather events .etc the guarantee will be reduced as per above and then void beyond 3 days of shipping time.
DOA Disclaimers
To guarantee the DOA customers must follow these conditions.
1. Provide clear photographs of the DOA in the original packaging. The bag must be unopened and the fish clearly identifyable.
2. Provide an image of the DOA outside of the bag. The DOA must be clearly identifyable.
3. Time sensitive. Email and photos must be sent to use within 2hrs of recieving the package. Failure to meet the time restriction will void the DOA guarantee.
4. Failure to provide clear photos will void the DOA guarantee.
5. Any sign of tampering or repair to the bag will void the DOA guarantee.
6. Any package returned to BettaOasis (due to incorrect address, refused or missed delivery) DOA guarantee will be void.
7. We do not refund Shipping Fees.
8. Replacement Fish will be offered to the value of the guarantee and new shipping fee must be paid for by purchaser to accomodate this.
